What do you need from me?
Just a spot where we can park next to your car: driveway, garage, office lot. If we need an outdoor spigot or outlet, we’ll confirm it with you before the appointment. You don’t need to be home as long as the car is unlocked or the keys are handed off.
Do you detail in the winter?
Yes. Interiors are year-round, and winter is when salt and slush wreck carpets the most. For exterior work when it’s below about 35°F, we’ll work in your garage if you have one, or reschedule the exterior portion at no charge.
How do I pay?
After the job is done. We text you a secure link for card or Apple Pay. Cash works too. No payment is taken when you book.
What if I need to reschedule?
Text or call us at least 24 hours ahead and it’s free. Weather moves happen. We’ll reach out first if the forecast looks bad.
What if I’m not happy with something?
Tell us within 48 hours and we’ll come back and make it right, free. That’s been the rule since day one.
